The user/s of the RCDLPMH Web/anyone linking to it in jurisdictions of the courts outside of the Republic of the Philippines consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of the Philippines. The RCDLPMH, maintains www.rcdelapazmarcoshigh.org, which aims to provide information about the council, its vision, mission, programs, and services.
As a non-profit organization in the Philippines, the website complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Section 2.3.5) and recognizing the importance of improving user experience (Section 3).

Data Collection and Use
The website itself does not collect personal data that would identify a specific individual. However, as a means to gather feedback and improve services, the website incorporates online survey housed with Google Forms.
The non-personal data is collected using Google Forms is governed by the external website’s privacy policy.
