I,    <STATE YOUR COMPLETE NAME>, having been duly admitted as Active Member of the Rotary Club Dela Paz Marcos High, do hereby solemnly swear that I will faithfully and conscientiously fulfill to the best of my ability the duties and responsibilities of my membership; accept and discharge any position which this club will entrust me; obey and follow its leadership; that I will abide by, follow and uphold the Constitution and By-laws of my Rotary Club and that of Rotary International; that I will always promote the Object of Rotary, the core values of service, integrity, diversity, leadership, fellowship and live by the tenets of the 4-Way Test, ever putting into practice, Rotary’s Motto of “Service Above Self” and the R.I. Theme for RY 2020-2021 “Rotary Opens Opportunities” and that I impose all these obligations upon myself without mental reservation or purpose of evasion.
